Context Labs BV ("CXL"), is a Cambridge, Massachusetts based company that provides deeply descriptive analytics and insights of supply-chain linked information, through its stack of software offerings, to create trusted asset level data and context to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance. The Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model seeks to generate revenue through two primary sources: 1) Software license revenue through ongoing subscriptions; and 2) Revenue generated from transaction of differentiated commodities on the platform such as responsibly sourced natural gas. The foundation of CXL's software platform is ImmutablyTM, a data fabric platform offering automated, all-source (public and private) data ingestion, multi-factor data fingerprinting, cryptographic proofing, blockchain ledgering, and provenance tracking. The ImmutablyTM platform is deployable across industry verticals for participants seeking ESG data and analytics that can be trusted, tracked, and analyzed. CXL and BPEP have established an exclusive joint-venture partnership to provide the Context Labs software to the Energy sector.
